Frequently Asked
$1,000 holds your date. It's not a confirmation — we review for captain availability, weather, and route. The deposit is applied toward your charter total.
Captain and mate, fuel, water and ice, cleaning, gratuity, and basic setup. The Day Out and Long Way packages also include champagne and caviar.
Yes — BYOB is welcome. You can also bring your own food. We provide ice, coolers, and glassware. We also work with Fushi Poke and Focaccia Bakery for catering if you'd prefer to keep it simple.
No. ONE & ONLY is a non-smoking vessel throughout — all interior and exterior areas.
Yes. The 12-guest maximum includes adults, children, and infants — no exceptions. Plan your headcount accordingly.
Yes — add Birthday / Holiday Decor for $120. The boat is dressed and ready when you board.
Yes — add a professional on-water photographer for $600. They'll join the charter and deliver edited images after the trip.
Royal Roe Osetra caviar served with French mini crepes. Available as an add-on for $80, and included in the Day Out and Long Way packages.
We work with two local partners. Fushi Poke offers poke bowls priced per guest. Focaccia Bakery offers sandwiches, chips, and cookies starting from $180. Platters are quoted on request.
Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, we'll work to reschedule. Weather calls are made by the captain — they're the final word.
Bay Island Park, North Bridge of Siesta Key, Sarasota, FL. Full boarding instructions, parking details, and arrival guidance are sent with your confirmation.
Maximum 12 — inclusive of adults, children, and infants. This is a USCG capacity limit. No exceptions can be made.
