Maximum 12 Guests — adults, children, and infants all count toward the total vessel capacity. No exceptions.
Non-Smoking Vessel — smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited aboard the ONE & ONLY at all times.
Captain's Authority — the Captain holds final authority over all route and safety decisions throughout the charter.
Balance Due on Departure — remaining payment is collected in full on the day of your charter prior to casting off.
