ONE & ONLY is offered as a USCG-compliant bareboat (demise) charter. The primary charterer assumes full possession, command, and control of the vessel. You select and engage your own USCG-licensed captain — we do not provide one. A $1,000 deposit holds your date and is applied toward the vessel charter fee. We review every request for captain availability, weather conditions, and route viability before confirming. Your deposit is applied toward the total vessel charter fee.
The vessel charter fee covers use of the vessel only. Under our USCG-compliant bareboat charter structure, captain & crew (~$440), fuel (~$200), and a fuel surcharge ($75) are estimated additional costs arranged and paid separately by the Charterer. Gratuity of 15–20% for the captain and crew is customary and at your discretion. Water and ice are provided on board.
Yes — BYOB is welcome. You're also welcome to bring your own food. We supply ice, coolers, and glassware. If you'd prefer catering, we work with Fushi Poke and Focaccia Bakery and can handle the order for you.
No. The ONE & ONLY is a non-smoking vessel throughout — all interior and exterior areas.
Yes. Children are welcome aboard. Please note the 12-guest maximum includes adults, children, and infants — no exceptions.
Absolutely. Add our Birthday / Holiday Decor package for $120 and we'll have the boat dressed and ready when you board.
Yes — add a professional on-water photographer for $600. They'll join the charter and capture the day without getting in the way of yours.

We partner with Fushi Poke (Japanese-Hawaiian poke, priced per guest) and Focaccia Bakery (Italian sandwiches, chips, cookies — starting at $180). Platters (cheese, fruit, charcuterie, seafood) are quoted on request. Add catering when you submit your booking request.
Safety is the highest priority. The independently selected captain makes the final determination on the morning of the charter based on actual marine conditions and forecasts. Light rain or overcast conditions do not typically constitute grounds for cancellation. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe, the parties will first attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner will be refunded. See our full policy on the Charter Info page.
